NTek Social stores the account, workspace, product, media, schedule, and publishing information needed to provide the service. Social access and refresh tokens, FreshStore API keys, and configured developer secrets are encrypted at rest.
Connected services
When you connect a social network or FreshStore, data is exchanged with that service only to import the accounts/products you select and perform the actions you request. Each service has its own privacy terms.
Google reports, video uploads and AI
If you connect Google reports, the service retrieves the selected Search Console and Analytics properties and saves report snapshots to prepare website recommendations. If you queue a video upload, the selected video and applicable metadata are sent to YouTube or TikTok. TikTok inbox uploads require you to finish publishing in TikTok. When AI assistance is requested or enabled for uploaded images, source text and selected image data are sent to the AI provider configured by the operator: OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude. Article web research uses OpenAI. Provider usage charges and privacy terms apply.
YouTube features use YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access through Google account permissions.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting a social account removes its stored tokens. Report and video accounts can be disconnected from Weekly actions; this removes the local credentials, report snapshots and upload queue. Files already uploaded to another service must be managed there. Non-administrator users can permanently delete their account from Settings. Backups may retain encrypted copies for the operator's documented backup period.
