Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The seven-day trial requires no payment method and does not charge you automatically. You subscribe separately when ready.
Can I manage many Fresh Stores?
Yes. Choose a plan for your combined number of stores and websites. Bulk tools help you refresh imports, review drafts and run supported store tasks. Store permissions and API limits still apply.
Will it post without my approval?
Prepared drafts wait for approval. Publishing now, scheduling and enabled automatic sharing rules are deliberate actions you control.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. NTekSocial runs in a phone or desktop browser. The workspace uses compact cards, batch controls and on-page help. There is no separate customer installation.
What counts as a website or social account?
A hostname is one site; feeds and connectors on that same hostname share its allowance. Different subdomains count separately. A social Page, profile, board or YouTube/TikTok upload account is one destination.
Is AI unlimited?
No. Each plan has included credits. A short caption, image analysis or help request uses one credit; article research uses 25. Monthly credits reset by UTC calendar month, and existing daily limits also apply. Provider attempts can use credits even when they fail.
What happens after the introductory year?
If your checkout includes the launch offer, the first annual payment is discounted once. It then renews at the regular annual amount displayed before you pay, until cancelled.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open My account to manage Stripe billing or cancel PayPal renewal. Verified paid access remains until its end date. Contact support to change plans without creating a second subscription.
Are every platform and API feature included?
No. Available tools depend on enabled integrations, platform permissions and your account type. Some connections need a separate provider account. Website API publishing and TikTok Direct Post are not included.
Can I export or delete my data?
Use the available tools for your content and account settings for account deletion. Contact support if you need help with records that do not have an export option.
